A glimpse of my journey - from treatment...

...to today

🌿 About Me

I am a stage four cancer survivor and thriver.

My journey with cancer changed me in ways I never expected. Like many people, I initially felt fear, uncertainty and overwhelm. It was a deeply challenging time - not just physically but emotionally and mentally as well.

Over time, something began to shift. I started to approach my experience differently. Instead of living in constant fear, I slowly learned how to find moments of calm, acceptance and trust within myself.

This shift became a turning point.

Through my journey, I discovered the power of positive psychology - learning how our thoughts, emotions and inner state can influence how we experience illness and healing.

When we begin to slow down, reduce fear and listen more deeply to ourselves, we often gain a better understanding of what our body has been going through - emotionally, mentally and physically.

This awareness can bring a sense of clarity, calm and a more compassionate relationship with ourselves.

As I moved away from fear and towards a more grounded and hopeful way of being, I noticed a profound change in how I felt and how I was coping overall.

Alongside this, I explored supportive approaches around nutrition, lifestyle and natural tools that helped me feel more supported during treatment. These were not about replacing medical care but about working alongside it in a way that felt more aligned, gentle and sustainable for me.

Today, I bring together my lived experience and what I have learned to support others who are walking their own cancer journey.

I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can speak openly, feel heard and begin to find your own way forward - at your own pace.

My intention is not to tell you what to do but to walk alongside you, gently supporting you as you reconnect with your strength, your balance and your sense of self.

You don’t have to go through this alone.

If this feels right for you, I would welcome you to get in touch.

With warmth,

Mira (short for Slavomira)
