I understand how overwhelming a cancer diagnosis can feel because I’ve lived through it myself.

 

Through my own journey, I’ve learned ways to navigate fear, uncertainty and emotional exhaustion. Over time, I also discovered powerful tools through positive psychology that helped me shift from fear and overwhelm into a place of greater calm, resilience and inner strength. 

Alongside this, I explored supportive approaches around nutrition, lifestyle and natural tools that helped me feel more supported during treatment.

Now, I gently share what I've learned alongside my lived experience to support you. 

My approach is holistic and compassionate, combining emotional support with practical lifestyle and wellbeing guidance to help you find balance, strength and moments of peace along the way..
